Forgejo stats

Forgejo profile README statistics all in CI/CD

Setup

• Place stats.py in your .profile
• Modify stats.py to your needs
• Generate a personal access token in settings (Applications tab) with repository and user read permission
• Set GIT_TOKEN in settings > actions > secrets
• Place lang.json, and requirements.txt in your .profile repo
• Place stats.yaml in .forgejo/workflows/ in your .profile repo
• Embed the images
